We Need Your Experiences for Walktober 2013
The Last Green Valley invites you to submit a walk, hike, bike, paddle, horse riding experience or a special eventfor the upcoming
23rd Annual Walktober.
Last Walktober season saw record attendance and we hope that this year will be better than ever! TLGV is looking for brand new experiences. Please try and come up with a catchy name and consider week-day offerings for 2013. We also ask that you please not repeat your experience more than twice throughout the month. All walks, hikes, bikes, paddles, and horse experiences must be free of charge, guided, and open to the public.
You may charge an admission fee for events. A November calendar of events will also be part of the brochure so please submit events for October and November. Only events will be expanded into November, no walks or other experiences, please.
Offerings should adhere to the mission and goals of The Last Green Valley, which strives to interpret our heritage, celebrate our agricultural and natural resources, and be a fun and informative venue for our residents and visitors alike who want to explore and learn more about our beautiful region.
