Regional Tourism Coordination Listening Tours

Nov 18, 2016 by WindhamAreaArts

SIGN UP NOW to attend any one of the State of Connecticut Office of Tourism’s Listening Tours.  Regional tourism marketing outreach continues to play a key role in maintaining close communications with our tourism and cultural partners, including tourism’s destination leaders. In light of the defunding of the regional tourism districts, the Connecticut Office of Tourism is launching efforts to meet with constituents, organizations, Chambers of Commerce, associations and independent business owners to strengthen, leverage and support the industry’s promotional efforts.

As part of this outreach, we will be convening Listening Tours throughout the state.  Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate.  This is our way of sharing the State’s plan to support the local grass roots efforts and to hear from you, our industry partners, and work closely together to promote our great state.

To RSVP, please contact Jennifer Haag at Jennifer.Haag@ct.gov. See below for currently scheduled dates and locations. There will be updates on additional meetings around the state. We look forward to seeing you!
