Willimantic, Conn. — WECS-FM, Eastern Connecticut State University’s student-run radio station, will be broadcasting Eastern’s Commencement on Tuesday, May 12, beginning at approximately 5:45 p.m. Station manager John Zatowski will provide commentary.
