The Eastern Regional Tourism District/Mystic Country has just completed a very successful Facebook contest and gave away a Summer Getaway to Mystic Country focusing on family fun in the greater Mystic area. Nearly 7,000 clicked on the campaign! Admissions to attractions and activities, meals and overnight accommodations were donated to create the package. We are now planning a Fall Facebook Sweepstakes Getaway to Mystic Country with an emphasis on the Northeast/Quiet Corner.
We are looking for:
A two-night getaway stay for two (restrictions may be included such as no holiday weekends).
Admission or gift certificates to theater, activities, and hands-on fun (including farm tours, corn maizes, etc.) for two.
Meal gift cards for breakfast, lunch and dinner

There is no cost for participation other than your donation. Merchants groups may choose to put together a gift basket as part of the Getaway.
If we find we have more gift certificates than are needed to complete the 3-day two-night stay in Northeastern CT, we will use the additional certificates for media and travel writers visiting this fall. We will tell you in advance who the certificate will be given to. Please pass this along to the business owners who may not be on the Northeast Committee list who may be interested.
Note: All certificates must be good thru October 31, 2015. Deadline to respond is Sept. 10. We do not need the certificates until Oct. 1.
