Climb the Ladder to a Better Future, a job training and placement assistance program at Access Community Action Agency, is hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. The Job Fair will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the East Brook Mall, 95 Storrs Road in Mansfield. The following employers will be available for information and interviews:

“We hope that job seekers planning to attend the Job Fair will fill out applications before the Fair,” said Climb the Ladder Employment Manager Elizabeth Smith. “A Job Fair attendee with a completed application could land an interview on the spot with prospective employers!” Links to the employers’ application websites are available at www.accessagency.org.
Climb the Ladder is a new program that can empower people to find the job or training needed to support their families. The program works with individuals that have had a difficult time finding employment. The employment manager determines each client’s employment needs and provides job placement assistance and one-on-one job counseling.
