About the Artist:
Biography: Diana lives and maintains a studio in Charlestown, RI. Using the energy of lush color, combined with sensuous line and form, she works in many mediums. Diana likes to experiment with watercolor based inks, collage and printmaking, often combining all to complete a painting.
Statement: Fluid movement of shapes in organic forms is the creative impetus and focal point of my work. Utilizing the artist’s visual vocabulary, my work is semi abstract, intuitive and visceral. I continue to be moved by the simple natural shapes and patterns I see. My challenge is to convey an emotional response to a captivating moment!
